Real HR support, built for where your business is right now.
Fractional HR support means I work inside your business, doing the work with you or for you, for as long as you need me. Pick what fits, or we’ll build something custom.
You get experienced HR leadership and hands-on help, without the cost of hiring a full-time HR leader.
Every engagement begins with a free, no-pressure 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk through what is happening, what kind of support would be most useful, and whether I’m the right fit.
Fractional HR Support: $4,800 per month
Best for leaders who want a consistent HR partner. One dedicated day each week, primarily remote, with a three-month minimum. Additional time is billed at $130 per hour.

Need more or less time? We will build a retainer around your business.
